IMPORTANT

Connectors fit very tightly into the tubing. Once inserted, connectors should not be removed again, as this may damage the connectors or the tube ends. Follow assembly instructions carefully, or view the assembly instructional video.

Assembly instructions

1. Place base on a flat surface. Using a mallet, insert one leg at a time into each of the connectors of the base until all 4 legs are securely fitted. (If a mallet is not available, place a small piece of wood on each leg end and pound it down with a standard hammer.)

2. Place platform connectors on all 4 leg tops, making sure that they are all aligned with the leg openings. Keep steady and knock down on each connector a little bit until all four connectors are securely fitted. Do not pound one in completely at a time. Knock each a little bit at a time on each connector.

3. A straight connector is already fitted to each platform end. Using hand power push each Ramp base leg over the straight connector on each side. Make sure that the predrilled holes for the rail attachment are on the top side of the Ramp base.

4. Each rail has two feet. Holes have been predrilled into the ramp base and platform to allow for attachment of each rail. The self-tapping screws provided must be screwed into the outer hole(4) of each rail foot. No holes have been drilled for attaching screws on the inner holes of each foot.
